Soak up some goodness surrounded by candlelight and enjoy this Sunday evening meditation connecting with your tender heart. This class will uncover the unconditional joy that resides within us at all times. Allow yourself this time to rest and restore before the craziness of the holidays. This portion is infused with beautiful music, journaling and breathwork. The second part of the class is a guided meditation and a little extra self-care treat followed with discussion. No experience needed, just your open mind and heart.
